Aurora Flare Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our products are manufactured by Selfnamed Ltd (SIA NORD Beauty), Balozu 20a, Riga, LV-1048, Latvia, and are fully compliant with UK and EU cosmetics regulations.

2. Your Consumer Rights (UK)

Right to Cancel: 14 calendar days from receipt of goods under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Right to a Refund: Where goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to conform to contract.
Right to Repair or Replacement: For goods developing a fault within 6 months of purchase, the fault is presumed to have existed at time of sale.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase goods at the displayed price. We reserve the right to decline any order. Your order is confirmed and a contract formed when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch your goods.

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, however we will honour the price at which you placed your order.

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are accurate and up to date. Minor colour variations may occur between screen representations and actual products. INCI ingredient lists represent the formula at time of publication.

5. Product Safety & Disclaimer

Aurora Flare products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a dermatologist if you have a skin condition. Keep out of reach of children.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. EU customers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence under applicable EU consumer law.
