US customers: goods shipped with a declared value under $800 are typically exempt from US import duties (de minimis threshold). Aurora Flare declares accurate product values on all customs documentation.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking as standard. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your order using our Track My Order tool on this website, or directly through the carrier's website.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If tracking shows no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us at auroraflareltd@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Aurora Flare takes responsibility for orders lost in transit. We will either reship or refund lost orders at no additional cost to you.
