Are all Aurora Flare products COSMOS Natural certified?
Yes. All Aurora Flare products — Anti-Age Day Cream, Double Hydration Boost Gel + HA, Retinol Alternative Serum, Vitamin C Serum, and Peptide Anti-Aging Serum — are independently certified to COSMOS Natural standard by ECOCERT Greenlife. This is verified annually.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
The majority of our range is suitable for sensitive skin. The Retinol Alternative Serum is specifically formulated for sensitive skin and uses Bidens Pilosa Extract instead of traditional retinol — delivering the same results with zero irritation. We recommend patch testing any new product on your inner arm for 24 hours before full facial application.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all Aurora Flare products are vegan. We use no animal-derived ingredients or by-products, and there is no animal testing at any stage of our production or supply chain.
Can I use multiple Aurora Flare products together?
Yes — Aurora Flare products are designed to be layered together. The correct order is: Vitamin C Serum → Retinol Alternative Serum OR Peptide Serum → Double Hydration Gel → Anti-Age Day Cream. Apply thinnest to thickest. Always finish your morning routine with SPF.
Where are Aurora Flare products made?
All Aurora Flare products are manufactured by SIA NORD Beauty at Balozu 20a, Riga, LV-1048, Latvia. The facility operates under EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and ISO 22716 GMP standard. Aurora Flare Ltd is registered in England and Wales.
How long does delivery take?
UK Standard: 3–5 business days. UK Express: 1–2 days. EU Standard: 5–10 days. US Standard: 7–14 days. All orders include tracking as standard. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number.
Ingredients & Safety
Can I use your products during pregnancy?
We recommend consulting your GP or midwife before introducing any new skincare during pregnancy. Our Retinol Alternative Serum uses Bidens Pilosa (not actual retinol) and is generally considered safer, but professional medical advice is always recommended.
What are your products free from?
COSMOS Natural certification guarantees our products are free from: synthetic preservatives (parabens, MIT, formaldehyde-releasers), silicones, PEGs, petroleum derivatives, GMO ingredients, synthetic fragrances, synthetic colourants, and microplastics.
Can I use the Vitamin C Serum and Retinol Alternative Serum together?
Yes — unlike traditional retinol, our Retinol Alternative Serum contains Bidens Pilosa and does not have the sun-sensitivity or acid-interaction concerns of actual retinol. You can use the Vitamin C Serum in the morning and the Retinol Alternative Serum morning and/or evening.
