Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — unless they are faulty or not as described
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable
- Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable
How to Return
- Email auroraflareltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return reference number
- For UK customers, we will provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label where applicable
- Package the items securely in their original packaging where possible
- Return to the address provided in our return confirmation email
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only
- Standard outbound delivery costs are refunded when you return an entire order
- Express delivery upgrades are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and provide a full refund or replacement. Photographic evidence of damage helps us process your claim faster.
Statutory Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. These rights last for six months from purchase without needing to prove fault.
